Shift service level agreements are formal commitments that guarantee you a level of service and support once your site has launched.
They typically include:
- ongoing site maintenance, bug fixes, patches and server updates
- a set number of hours each month to ensure your site is working at its optimum
- a dedicated Shift coordinator to liaise with developers and technical partners, and to regularly report on technical issues.
