Emma Knight

UX Designer

Emma chose to specialise in user experience and information architecture after seeing firsthand on a project how a user focus can increase the successfulness of a website.

Emma has now been a specialising in UX and information architecture for four years.  Her core focus is in large information architectures informed by user research, contextual enquiry and business goals – invaluable at Shift, with its focus on user-centred design. She is particularly proud of her work on the Heart Foundation website reboot, due to the challenges presented by bringing seven separate sites together into one smooth user experience.
