Venn joined Shift at the end of 2010 as a talented and passionate Junior Designer and has quickly advanced and proven himself as anything but junior, except in age.
Voted "Rookie of the Year" at Shift's 2010's Christmas awards, Venn has worked on a number of large projects since he started, including newzealand.com and the Heart Foundation redesign.
