Born and bred in Fiji, Dipan always dreamed of becoming a pilot. After graduating in Information Technology, he joined the airline industry to pursue that dream.
Destiny got in the way and he ended up project managing and developing the airline website instead. In 2005, he helped establish leading Suva-based interactive agency Oceanic Communications. At Oceanic, he was a senior solutions architect working closely with high-profile clients from all over the South Pacific, including Vodafone, Tourism Fiji and Fiji Rugby.
