With a background in managing large software development projects, Ani joined the Shift team as a project manager in early 2010.
Ani's speciality is large and complex projects, typically for big corporate clients. Skilled at deciphering tech speak into plain English, Ani has become invaluable in liaising between developers and clients.
Her ten years experience in process re-engineering has provided her with the ability to identify issues, acknowledge risk, and deal with them before they become monstrous problems. Applying these skills to web projects means clients can feel confident that the future of their project is that of a great outcome.

At Shift, Ani loves appreciating each new project for the unique job it is, at the same time as appreciating the unique skills of the individuals on teams she manages. As a project manager her goal is to let the Shift project team get on with doing the things they love: creating strategy, beautiful design and writing code that does awesome things.
