Our long-term approach to projects have seen us partner with some of our clients for as long as Shift has existed.

Our engagement doesn't have to end when your website is redesigned and made live.  Shift works with clients to support and maintain their websites, to review analytics and suggest improvements, and to improve incrementally to help keep existing users and attract new ones.

One of the great things about the web is how easy it is to adapt your website when you need to. The degree to which your site will need to change over time will depend on your business needs and the needs of your users.  Shift can work with you on an agile development plan, or ad hoc improvements as desired.

Second-most important to great content is keeping content current. Not only does fresh content encourage users back to your website to help you achieve your strategic goals, but new content also helps improve your search ranking.  Not everyone has the time or inclination to do this.  We can regularly update your site with new content, and maintain existing content and generate ideas to help you evolve the site to meet your business and user needs.

A service level agreement is like a website warranty. It gives you the comfort of knowing your investment is safeguarded with regular maintenance and support.  Shift service level agreements are formal commitments that guarantee you a level of service and support once your site has launched.  Many of our long-term clients have had service level agreements with us for years. From our perspective, it’s a great way to ensure the long-term success of the sites we invest so energy much in.
